I’ve just discovered that google reader can monitor any webpage it does not need to have an rss feed, although a feed is the best option, you can use it for monitoring any webpage for changes. If the website you add to Google reader does not have a feed you will be asked to create one. According to this note there are some limitations but still a cool feature This is a good way to follow changes to any websites without feeds.
